Screening at the Historic Lake Theatre in Oak Park, January 9, 2011

Last October, the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust co-sponsored a sold-out screening of the film at the Block Museum at Northwestern University. It was just one in a series of supportive gestures the Trust has made toward the film, welcoming it as a much-needed addition to the Wright story.

Now another Oak Park institution is making it possible for people in Chicago to see the film on the big screen once again. The Pleasant Home Foundation, custodian of the magnificent John Farson house (1897) designed by George Maher, is sponsoring a special screening at the Lake Theatre in Oak Park on Sunday, January 9 at 4:45 pm. $15 general admission tickets can be purchased in advance by clicking the “more information” link below.
